Beginning this journey out of a passion for helping others overcome trauma and addiction, specialized training focuses on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and addiction recovery to support clients’ healing and growth.
